Job summary

TotalEnergies EP Danmark A/S in Esbjerg is seeking a Trainee Well Services Engineer to learn on the job and support well intervention and integrity activities within the Well Services Department.

From day one, you will be mentored by experienced engineers and offshore supervisors, participate in safe planning, offshore periods, and develop skills in intervention, production enhancement, and regulatory compliance, with clear paths to national and international opportunities.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of offshore well intervention campaigns.
• Monitor operations, data quality, and assist real-time decisions on integrity issues.
• Assist with well integrity surveillance and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with offshore and onshore stakeholders.
