Job summary

OceanWave Maritime in Copenhagen is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Unity Developer to join our team. You will work with senior developers to create and maintain Unity-based games and applications and learn from experienced professionals.

This is an entry-level role welcoming candidates with a bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent, strong C skills, and a passion for games. We offer visa sponsorship for non-EU candidates and a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of C programming language.
• Familiarity with Unity game engine.
• Understanding of game design principles.
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop and implement Unity-based games and applications.
• Write clean, organized and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Work closely with artists, designers and other developers to ensure the best game experience for players.
• Test and refine gameplay features based on feedback from users.
