Junior Product Sustainability Data Analyst
SamsøeSamsøe is looking for a structured and detail-oriented Product Sustainability Data Analyst to join our Business Development and Product team. This part‑time position supports both our Product and Sustainability functions by enhancing data quality, maintaining critical product and sustainability information, and developing Power BI dashboards to enable data‑driven insights and decision‑making.
This is an excellent opportunity for a bachelor's or master's student with an interest in sustainability, product development, as well as data management and analysis within the fashion industry. Ideal starting date 1 to 15th of August. Please apply by 15 July.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards that translate the Product team's business needs into clear data insights, supporting decision‑making across product and sustainability functions.
- Manage data entry, organization, and quality control within responsibility, sustainability, and reporting systems.
- Product Data & Certifications
- Support the collection, validation, and maintenance of product and sustainability‑related data across systems and platforms.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information, material compositions, certifications, and supplier data.
- Assist with sustainability reporting and documentation requirements.
- Help identify opportunities to improve data quality, workflows, and operational processes.
- GHG Accounting
- Assist in the measurement, reporting, and analysis of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions (Scope 1, 2, and relevant Scope 3 categories) in line with the GHG Protocol.
- Support the collection, validation, and consolidation of environmental data across the value chain, including materials, production, transportation, retail operations, and offices.
You are the ideal candidate if you:
- Are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or in the early stages of a master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Management, Sustainability, or a related field, and are based in Copenhagen.
- Are available for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
- Enjoy working with data and have an analytical mindset, with the ability to identify patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Have knowledge of GHG accounting and sustainability data management.
- Are comfortable working with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools.
- Are highly proficient in Excel and confident creating presentations in PowerPoint.
- Are structured, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and enjoy working across different functions.
- Have an interest in sustainability and the fashion industry.
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
