Job description

Are you a structured and detail-oriented person with a passion for product development? And do you dream of taking ownership in a role and on a team with both responsibility and development opportunities?

Then you might be our new Junior Product Developer in Teamsport NOOS at hummel!

A Quick Look at the Role

Location: hummel headquarters, Balticagade 20, Aarhus C

Team: Teamsport & Pro Club

Working hours: Full-time

Application deadline: August 30, 2026

Join the Team!

In our Teamsport NOOS team, we develop the equipment used by the entire team – match after match, season after season. We're currently looking for a structured and detail-oriented Junior Product Developer who can take responsibility for parts of the development process – from design brief to finished product – and who takes care to ensure that tasks are delivered well-executed.

You’ll become part of a dedicated and strong team made up of design, product development, construction, and buying, where we prioritize quality, durability, and delivery reliability as our most important success criteria. For us, good product development means that the whole team's training kit still has the same color and properties after 3 years on the pitch. We are a dedicated team, and we're all passionate about creating functional products built for sports.

More About the Role and Your Responsibilities

As a Junior Product Developer, you'll help develop and manage products and collections within our Teamsport NOOS range. In the process, you'll help select suitable suppliers, obtain material approvals, and negotiate prices – always with a focus on ensuring that fabric, color, and construction meet our requirements for functionality and durability.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and maintaining product master data
  • Managing the Delogue platform for effective communication and coordination
  • Monitoring flow and ensuring deadlines are met in sourcing and approvals
  • Ensuring roadmaps and deadlines are followed
  • Preparing showrooms and samples
How to Make the Team

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about their field and a true team player. You take responsibility, thrive in collaboration, and are curious about how we can continuously improve – together.

To succeed in the role, we expect that you:

  • Have experience with 1-2 years of product development within a textile company
  • Are structured, proactive, and take pride in delivering thorough, well-executed work and thrive on getting things done
  • Have an eye for detail and understand what it takes for a great teamsport product to withstand repeated use and washing without losing its shape or color
  • Are motivated by an environment with a fast pace, energy, and engagement
  • Communicate fluently in Danish and English
  • Have a relevant background in product development, textiles, or a related field – but most importantly, you have the courage and desire to learn and grow
  • Possibly have experience from sourcing, supplier management, or systems like Delogue, where you've learned to navigate across cultures and disciplines
Welcome to hummel

Regardless of your background, we make sure we support each other from day one.

After 2 months:
  • You feel at home at Balticagade in Aarhus
  • You’re familiar with our systems and workflows
  • Maybe you’ve already joined a Friday bar, a professional event, or a team sports activity?
After 4 months:
  • You've taken ownership of the role and left your mark on your tasks
  • You’ve found your rhythm and contribute with insights that help develop and lift the team
  • You’ve built strong relationships – and make your teammates even better
Welcome to hummel

At hummel, we’re a strong community built on team spirit, passion, and the will to make a difference.

There’s room for those who take initiative, bring ideas to life, and want to create value – for both the business and their teammates.

With us, you get:
  • A strong community with an informal tone
  • Flexible working hours – including 1 hour of sport during work hours
  • A workplace with a strong brand DNA and proud cultural heritage
  • An active staff association, "hummelbien"
  • Space for both ambition and balance
