Join the Team!

As Product Developer for Teamsport NOOS, you’ll become part of a dedicated team with diverse backgrounds in product development, garment technology, buying, and design.

For us, it’s all about taking initiative, supporting each other, and celebrating both the small and big wins. In our team, we’re responsible for shaping hummel’s Teamlines – working closely with Design, Markets, Sales, and our international supplier network.

More About the Role and Your Responsibilities

As Product Developer, you will play a central role in bringing new products to life – from ideas through to finished garments. You’ll be involved in the full development journey: materials, construction, fit, cost, and quality.

You will also:

  • Develop product concepts in close collaboration with the Product Line Manager and design team, ensuring alignment with market trends and brand strategy
  • Source, develop, and approve fabrics and trimmings in partnership with suppliers
  • Participate in fittings with garment tech and design to ensure that quality and fit match the price
  • Execute cost breakdowns, negotiating prices and purchasing conditions with suppliers
  • Maintain and update style information, Materdata and specifications in Delogue and Navision
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis and present insights to the team
  • Coordinate fabric approvals for SMS and bulk production
  • Travel to and visit suppliers and factories as part of the development process
  • Own the full development journey from first sketch to final approval – keeping all milestones, actions, and timelines updated and aligned
How to Make the Team

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about their craft and a true team player. You take responsibility, thrive in collaboration, and are curious about how we can continuously improve – together.

To succeed in the role, we expect that you:

  • Have relevant experience within product development, preferably in sportswear or the sporting goods industry
  • Have a solid understanding of materials and production processes
  • Are experienced with Delogue, Navision, or similar PLM/ERP systems – or quick to learn
  • Communicate confidently with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Are structured and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Take a proactive and solution-oriented approach to your work
  • Are fluent in English, both spoken and written
After 2 months:
  • You feel at home at Balticagade in Aarhus
  • You’re familiar with our systems and workflows
  • Maybe you’ve already joined a Friday bar, a professional event, or a team sports activity?
After 4 months:
  • You've taken ownership of the role and left your mark on your tasks
  • You’ve found your rhythm and contribute with insights that help develop and lift the team
  • You’ve built strong relationships – and make your teammates even better
