Job summary

Bang & Olufsen is seeking a Junior Project Manager, External Development, to join the PMO in Struer or Kongens Lyngby. You will connect cross-functional teams and guide projects from early development through launch and into the critical first month in market.

You will work with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to coordinate activities and ensure alignment across the portfolio, gaining exposure to the full product development lifecycle in a dynamic international tech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in engineering/tech fields.
2+ years in project management or related tech roles.
Interest in consumer electronics, software or hardware.
Strong planning and organisational skills.
Experience with Jira/Confluence/MS Project.
PM Certification.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Planning, coordination, and execution of product development projects.
Maintain project plans, track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Collaborate with engineering, design, product management, sourcing, quality, and commercial teams.
Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and follow up on actions.
Monitor progress and identify risks, issues, and roadblocks.
Support project reporting, governance, and stakeholder updates.
Contribute to improving PM processes and tools.
