Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a Junior Patent Administrator in Copenhagen to support patent filing and prosecution across R&D and marketed products. You will monitor deadlines, maintain patent records, and coordinate with external patent agents while receiving hands-on training.

As you grow, you will take on more responsibilities and work toward completing the QIPA and EPAC certifications, both fully funded by Lundbeck. The team of 16 collaborates in a supportive environment in Valby, Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in languages, business administration, public administration, information management or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
• Good organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Confidence in using digital tools and an interest in exploring new technologies, including AI.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn, with a collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the administrative aspects of patent filing and prosecution across multiple jurisdictions.
• Monitor deadlines and maintain accurate patent records.
• Coordinate with external patent agents and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Receive hands-on training and gradually take on more responsibilities.
• Pursue training to complete QIPA and EPAC, funded by Lundbeck.
