Job summary

ExecuStaff Kuwait is seeking a Junior Network and Systems Administrator in Copenhagen to maintain the company’s network and computer systems. You will work closely with senior administrators to ensure smooth operation and provide technical support to employees.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, installing and configuring hardware/software, maintaining OS and applications, and handling security, access, and documentation. Collaboration and independent work are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory management.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies VMware or Hyper-V.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Install and configure hardware, software, networks, printers, and other devices.
• Maintain and update operating systems and software applications.
• Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software and network issues.
• Troubleshoot system errors and outages.
• Ensure security measures are in place to protect the company data.
• Create user accounts and manage permissions for network access.
• Document system configurations changes and upgrades.
