LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark seeks an early-career Mechanical Product Design Engineer to translate creative ideas into manufacturable LEGO bricks. You will apply your CAD skills, contribute to concept-to-production designs, and collaborate with Design, Marketing, and Mould/Equipment teams.
You will develop technical designs for new elements, ensure quality and manufacturability, and participate in prototype testing with a global mindset and strong cross-functional teamwork.

We're looking for an early-career mechanical product design engineer with strong CAD skills who can bring your mechanical engineering expertise, 3D CAD skills and innovative mindset into play as you help develop the next generation of LEGO® elements, from concept to production-ready design.

In Novelty Element Development, we develop the LEGO® elements of tomorrow through close and strong collaboration with our key stakeholders. By leveraging our knowledge of moulding and processing platform capabilities, we mature and develop element designs into manufacturable LEGO® bricks ready for mass production.
The team's focus is the development of new elements requested by novelty projects. The primary responsibility is to contribute technical expertise in close collaboration with Design and Marketing, as well as Technical Mould Development and Equipment Development.
