Job summary

Netcompany is seeking an Associate Consultant to start your IT career with a mix of hands-on development, project delivery and close client interaction. Roles span Application Services and Consulting, with opportunities in web tech like Angular/React and Java or C# on Java/.NET platforms.

You will translate customer needs into technical solutions, work across technologies, and contribute to multiple projects while developing your skills through Netcompany Academy and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, computer science, software, IT or a similar field.
• Be newly graduated or have a couple of years of experience.
• Possess strong IT technical skills within object‑oriented programming.
• Have fundamental knowledge of software development and be motivated to develop your competencies.
• Think analytically, show initiative, and work in a structured way.
• Full professional proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken) is a must.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into the right technical solution and select technologies that fit each project.
• Contribute to all aspects of system development with focus on technical tasks; responsibilities evolve over time.
• Setup and development of frameworks and integrations; UI feature implementation; extensions for standard platforms.
• Automation of business processes and data migrations; develop tools and scripts as needed.
