Job summary

Einar Willumsen is a Nordic leader in flavours, with in-house analytics and production facilities. We seek a Flavourist or Junior Flavourist to join our Flavour Creation team in Denmark, working with experienced flavourists, chemists and technicians.

You will contribute to R&D and new flavour creation, perform sensory evaluation, and help with formulation for beverages, confectionery, bakery, and dairy. The role offers on-site work in Brøndby with a collaborative, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in flavour creation and formulation is required.
• Strong knowledge of sensory evaluation and R&D methods.
• Able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead flavour development (R&D and new flavour creation).
• Formulate flavours for beverages, confectionery, bakery and dairy.
• Perform sensory evaluation and stability tests; document results.
• Coordinate projects and liaise with application specialists.
• Support production upscaling and implementation of new flavours.
