Job summary

AlSaree AutoTechnics in Esbjerg, Denmark, seeks a Junior Commercial Architect to assist in designing office, retail, and other commercial spaces, under the guidance of the lead architect.

You will create detailed drawings and 3D models, research codes, attend client meetings, coordinate with contractors, and help manage budgets and timelines. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp.

Job description

As a Junior Commercial Architect you will assist in the design and development of commercial buildings including offices retail spaces and other commercial properties You will work closely with the lead architect and project team to create functional and visually appealing spaces that meet the needs of our clients

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the lead architect to develop design concepts for various commercial projects
• Create detailed drawings and 3D models using architectural software
• Research building codes zoning regulations and other relevant laws to ensure compliance in design
• Attend client meetings and present design proposals
• Work with contractors and subcontractors to ensure construction adheres to design plans
• Conduct site visits during construction to ensure quality control
• Assist in preparing project budgets and timelines
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technologysoftware

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field
• Strong proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD Revit or SketchUp
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Knowledge of building codes zoning regulations and other relevant laws
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Experience working on commercial projects is a plus but not required
• Prior experience with sustainableeco-friendly building practices is a bonus

Salary

This position offers a salary of 1000$ per month for candidates without previous experience

We are also open to providing visa sponsorship for qualified candidates who do not hold citizenship or permanent residency in Esbjerg
