Job summary

GlowUp Kuwait is seeking a Junior Accountant to support daily financial tasks, record transactions, and prepare reports under supervision.

You will handle data entry, accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations, assist with monthly statements and budgeting, and contribute to financial analysis.

This entry-level position requires strong MS Excel skills, attention to detail, and good communication; willingness to relocate to Greenland is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Biometric passport required.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Greenlandic or Danish; multilingual advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management.
• Ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper recording of transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information at all times.
