Job summary

GlowUp Kuwait is seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team in Faroe Islands. You will maintain financial records, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and support month-end close in a growing multinational environment.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or has 1+ year of accounting experience, proficient in Excel and accounting software, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple currencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 1+ years of accounting or finance experience (internships count).
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare financial reports including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Handle general accounting duties as needed.
