Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance completed or in progress.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; visa required to work in Roskilde.

Responsabilités

• Assist with preparation of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Conduct basic financial analysis such as variance and trend analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and reconcile GL accounts.
• Prepare journal entries and collaborate with other departments on expenses.

Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to join our team in Roskilde. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and conducting basic financial analysis. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates without prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Conduct basic financial analysis, such as variance analysis and trend analysis
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting tasks
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper recording and classification of expenses
• Adhere to accounting principles and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or currently pursuing)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in MS Excel (experience with accounting software is a plus)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.
