Job summary

Mover is seeking a proactive Junior Operations Specialist in Copenhagen to support customers and contractors, resolve daily challenges, and help optimize processes. You’ll gain exposure to customer service, problem solving, and operations in a fast-paced tech environment.

No prior logistics experience is required; training will be provided. You’ll work with a collaborative team in a modern office at Islands Brygge.

At Mover, we’re looking for an engaged and energetic Junior Operations Specialist who will help create fantastic customer experiences and optimize our processes. This is a position where your personality, work ethic, and eagerness to learn matter more than your experience. As a Junior Operations Specialist, you’ll become an important part of our team and a key player in our daily operations - working closely with customers, contractors, and colleagues, and gaining experience across customer service, problem-solving, and process optimization.

Role overview and responsibilities

As a Junior Operations Specialist you will:

• Help customers and contractors with fast, professional solutions via chat, email, and phone


• Identify and resolve challenges to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations


• Contribute to improving work processes and increasing efficiency


• Be part of the daily operations and coordination of tasks

You don’t need experience with logistics or customer service – we’ll teach you what you need to know! That said, it’s a big plus if you have experience with either.

What success looks like (6-12 months)

• You have a solid understanding of Mover’s customers, contractors, drivers and daily operations, and how they are impacted by our services


• You’ve built a reliable rhythm of handling customer, contractors and driver requests quickly and professionally


• You’ve contributed to real improvements in our processes and quality control


• Your team sees you as a reliable partner they can hand a topic to, and trust with the result

• Strong speaking and writing skills in professional Danish and English.
