Role overview and responsibilities

• Help customers, contractors, and drivers via chat, email, and phone, quickly and professionally
• Solve operational challenges with sharp problem-solving and attention to detail
• Contribute to process optimization and improvements that make a difference
• Ensure efficient coordination and daily operation of our activities

We'll train you thoroughly, experience with logistics, purchasing, or customer service is a plus but not a requirement. Hours are flexible and tailored to students, including early morning, evening, and weekend shifts.

• You’ve built a reliable rhythm of handling customer, contractors and driver requests quickly and professionally
• You’ve contributed to real improvements in our processes and quality control
• Your team sees you as a reliable partner they can hand a topic to, and trust with the result

About you

• Currently studying business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Strong speaking and writing skills in professional Danish and English.
• Responsible and dedicated
• A flair for structure, overview, and communication
• Able to stay calm, even when things move fast
• Love learning new things and quickly grasp new systems
• Interest in technology and digital solutions
