Job summary

Vestas aircoil A/S in Vejle seeks an IT Supporter who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and helping colleagues. You will handle day-to-day first-line support onsite and remotely, supporting Microsoft 365, Windows and Active Directory, and contribute to projects when IT input is needed.

You will join a small team with an IT Manager and another IT Supporter. Collaboration, practical workarounds, and clear communication are emphasized in this service-oriented role.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting cross-functional projects with IT knowledge and sparring.
• Good understanding of IT tools and concepts like Microsoft, Office, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on IT support experience.
• Ability to investigate and find a workable solution when there is no guide.
• Clear communication, ownership and flexibility when priorities change.

What lands on your desk

can be anything from our sister companies and the entities in the Vestas aircoil group. You’ll handle incoming support, follow issues through and step into smaller project tasks when IT input is needed.

Your main tasks include:

• Handling day-to-day first-line support, both onsite and remotely
• Supporting Microsoft 365, Windows and Active Directory
• Solving issues across user devices and basic systems
• Contributing IT knowledge when project solutions are assessed and implemented
