You’ll partner with People Operations on onboarding/offboarding, keeping access controls audit-ready, and help scale support to Milan, Munich and Madrid while Copenhagen serves as the local hands-on hub.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years in IT support or service desk, ideally in a fast-growing environment.
  • Hands-on with macOS, device management, Google Workspace, and an identity provider for SSO and access control.
  • Experience supporting colleagues remotely and across locations, with ideas to scale.
  • Clear communication in English: keeping stakeholders updated and able to explain fixes to non-technical colleagues.

Job description

In this IT Support role, you’ll be…
  • Responsible for our internal IT environment, serving as the single point of contact for the tools, hardware, and access that 200+ colleagues rely on every day.

  • The owner of our hardware and software lifecycle, managing procurement, provisioning, device enrollment, asset tracking, returns, repairs, and license administration end to end.

  • Working closely with People Operations on onboarding and offboarding, so new joiners have everything they need on day one, and leavers lose access the same day. Together with Security, Legal and our system owners, you keep access controls audit-ready.

  • Designing how we support colleagues across Europe. We will not hire IT support in every office, so you figure out how to give Milan, Munich and Madrid the same quality of support as Copenhagen, working with our office team as local hands.

  • A proactive operator and process builder. This is a hands‑on role: you will fix things today and fix the reason they broke tomorrow, turning repeat requests into documented self‑service guides.

Who is the Employee Experience Team?

Employee Experience is part of the People team and brings People Operations, Workplace and IT together. We share one responsibility: a seamless work experience, so every colleague can do their best work, whichever office they sit in.

IT Support sits in Workplace because the tools you work with, the access you need and the office you work from together decide how easily your work starts and flows. Eventually we aim to work from one front door for questions, one ticketing system and one knowledge base, so colleagues don’t need to know who owns what to get help.

What you bring
  • 2–5 years in IT support or service desk, ideally somewhere growing fast enough that you had to build processes, not just follow them.

  • Hands‑on with macOS, device management (Kandji or Iru), Google Workspace, and an identity provider for SSO and access control.

  • Experience supporting colleagues remotely and across locations, and ideas on how to make that scale.

  • Real ownership: you break work into manageable pieces, take it to done with limited supervision, and flag early when something is slipping instead of hoping it resolves itself.

  • Clear communication in English: you keep people updated on status without being chased, and you can clearly explain a fix to a non‑technical colleague.

  • A documenter by instinct: you’d rather write the process down once than answer the same question ten times.

What do we offer you?
  • A monthly salary ranging from 31,000 to 39,000 DKK.

  • Continuous development through a clear and transparent career framework, so you always know what the next step looks like through biannual growth talks and regular check‑ins.

  • Thorough pre‑ and onboarding to set you up for success

  • A culture of ownership, trust, and independence with the support you need

  • An office‑first culture in a central location in Copenhagen (Skelbæksgade 2), with benefits including pension, lunch, health insurance, and social events.

  • A strong team spirit where we celebrate wins and enjoy time together across offices

  • Our annual Global Summit, where the whole company meets and connects
