Job summary

Ascendis Pharma is seeking an IT Product Owner for the Scientific Solutions team to shape coherent technology offerings across applications, tools, and data for a broad scientific user community. Based at our Hellerup headquarters, you will collaborate with global IT and business leaders to translate drug development needs into delivered digital solutions.

You will lead discovery, manage the product portfolio, and guide agile delivery while fostering cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

Master's degree and 5+ years in pharma/biotech or related scientific environment.
Experience with product discovery and decision facilitation.
Experience delivering digital products and platforms.
Experience working in an agile team and improving ways of working.

Responsibilities

Ensure coherent technology offerings across applications, tools, and data for a broad scientific user group.
Communicate with users and leadership to prioritize needs and align on priorities.
Translate business needs into technology deliverables and coordinate with IT teams for prioritization and delivery.
Prioritize and manage the Scientific Solutions team's backlog and remove impediments to delivery.
Collaborate with Global IT to manage dependencies and alignment across teams.
