Job summary

Ascendis Pharma, based at Tuborg Boulevard 12, 2900 Hellerup, Denmark, seeks an IT Product Owner for the Scientific Solutions team within Global IT. You will shape coherent technology offerings across applications, tools, and data for a broad scientific user group, coordinating with cross‑functional, global teams to deliver value.

You will report to the People Leader in Global IT and collaborate with the Global Head of Digitalization.

Qualifications

Master’s degree and 5+ years in pharma/biotech environment.
Experience translating business needs into technology deliverables.
Experience with product discovery and decision facilitation.
Experience delivering digital products and platforms.
Experience working in agile teams and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Ensure that a broad scientific user group has coherent technology offerings across applications, tools, and data that evolve with their needs.
Communicate closely with users and leadership to create a clear, shared understanding of needs and priorities.
Translate business needs into technology deliverables and coordinate with IT teams to ensure prioritization and completion.
Prioritize and manage the Scientific Solutions team’s backlog and remove impediments to delivery.
Collaborate with Global IT teams to manage dependencies and align priorities.
