Job summary

Job-Link A/S in Kalundborg is seeking a Senior IT/OT Infrastructure Engineer for a project assignment. The role covers IT/OT infrastructure across design, implementation, commissioning and handover within industrial environments.

You will work across IT, OT, Automation and Cybersecurity to deliver secure, scalable infrastructure solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including networking, virtualization and documentation. Danish work permit and relocation readiness are required.

Qualifications

• A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Automation or a related technical discipline.
• Approx. 4–5 years of relevant experience.
• Solid experience within IT/OT infrastructure engineering.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking and infrastructure architecture.
• Experience with server platforms and virtualization.
• Experience from project-based engineering environments.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for technical deliveries.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• A structured and quality-focused approach to engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design secure and scalable IT/OT infrastructure solutions.
• Engineer industrial networks, server environments and virtualization platforms.
• Configure and integrate infrastructure with OT, automation and manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, integration and cybersecurity issues.
• Participate in technical reviews.
• Support commissioning activities.
• Technical handover and documentation.
• Coordinate with technical disciplines and stakeholders.
• Own technical solution areas.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Ensure high-quality technical deliveries.
