Job summary

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Group Investments and Financing team in Copenhagen. You will support investment activities from analysis through execution, collaborating with the CFO, Partner, and CIP colleagues across the organisation.

The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic investment decisions. We seek a motivated, collaborative professional with a Master’s in Finance, Economics, or related field and about 2–4 years of

Qualifications

Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline.
Approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate finance.
Strong financial and strategic acumen with valuation, modelling and investment analysis skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Support CIP Holding's investments and strategic projects across CIP-managed funds and new CIP companies.
Develop and refine the CIP Holding investment strategy, including capital allocation frameworks.
Evaluate and execute tactical allocation decisions, including due diligence on opportunities.
Conduct investment analysis, valuation modelling, market assessments, and due diligence.
Assist in negotiating commercial and legal terms with funds and counterparties.
Manage project timelines and stakeholders across multiple initiatives.
Prepare investment materials and presentations for senior stakeholders and the Board.
Structure complex problems to support strategic decisions.
