Job summary

RemoteConnect in Herning, Denmark, is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, calibrate instrumentation, and help install and commission new systems on site.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in PLCs, VFDs, and motor controls, reads schematics confidently, and demonstrates excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as Instrument Technician in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including PLCs, VFDs, and motor controls.
• Experience with calibration procedures for various types of instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Instrument Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems including PLCs VFDs and motor controls
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical components such as valves pumps and motors
• Familiarity with calibration procedures for various types of instruments pressure temperature flow
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
