RengøringsAgenterne ApS in the Greater Copenhagen area is seeking a dedicated inspector for our private home cleaning department. You will bridge customers and cleaning teams, reporting to the owner and MD to ensure quality is spot on every time.

Your tasks include quality control, documenting inspection visits, handling customer feedback, and supporting daily operations. A category B driving licence and fluent Danish are required.

RengøringsAgenterne ApS is looking for a dedicated inspector for our private home cleaning department

Do you have an eye for detail, and do you thrive in a role where quality and great customer relations go hand in hand? Then you might be our new inspector.

RengøringsAgenterne ApS is a Nordic Swan Ecolabel certified cleaning and property services company based in Kastrup. We have more than 200 employees, run a 100% electric vehicle fleet, and won the Børsen Gazelle award in both 2023 and 2024. We provide cleaning for housing associations, businesses and private customers across Greater Copenhagen – and it is our private customers you will be working with.

About the job

As inspector in our private cleaning department, you will be the link between our customers and our cleaning teams. You will report to the company's owner and managing director and play a central role in making sure quality is spot on every single time.

Your main tasks will be:

• Quality control – ongoing inspection of completed cleaning in our private customers' homes
• Quality reports – documentation and follow-up on inspection visits
• Customer contact and relations – dialogue with customers, handling requests and feedback, and building long-term customer relationships
• Operational support – hands‑on support for the daily operations of the private cleaning department

Other tasks within the scope and responsibility of the position may also occur.

We expect that you

• Have experience from the cleaning industry, the service industry or a similar role with quality responsibility
• Have a sharp eye for detail and high standards for quality
• Are outgoing and service‑minded and enjoy daily customer contact
• Communicate confidently in Danish, both spoken and written, including for reporting
• Work in a structured and independent way and can plan your own day
• Hold a category B driving licence, as the working day involves driving between customers

Experience with quality control or inspection work is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Practical information
