You will align with engineering, production and stakeholders to track progress, manage risks, and maintain momentum across projects, with hands-on involvement close to the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of robotics, automation, digitalization, and AI projects from idea to validated pilot and demonstration.
• Ensure clear project scope, priorities, timelines, and resource alignment across teams.
• Identify and manage risks early, enabling timely decisions and avoiding delays during validation, demonstration, and handover toward industrialization.
• Enable effective collaboration across engineering disciplines and stakeholders through structured planning and communication.
• Ensure innovation projects deliver measurable impact and create a strong basis for future improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and production stability.
