Industrial Technician / Production Worker for Permanent Employment

VICOS is searching on behalf of a client for 1 Industrial Technician / experienced CNC Turner for a permanent position in West Fyn.

Start: As soon as possible - by agreement
Location: West Fyn, around Ebberup, Denmark
Duration: Permanent employment

Working Hours

• Day shift: 06:00-14:00 (Mon-Thu) / 06:00-12:20 (Fri)
• Evening shift: 13:50-23:00 (Mon-Wed) / 13:50-21:40 (Thu)
• Night shift: Starting Sunday at 21:30 - 06:10 (Mon-Thu)
• Weekend shift: Approx. every 4th week, 2 × 12 hours (06:00-18:00 and 18:00-06:00) followed by a week off

Tasks

• Setup, adjustment, and operation of CNC lathes
• Optimization and adjustments in daily production
• Contributing to continuous improvements in the production
• Ongoing quality control and finishing work

Experience with Fanuc and Siemens programming is considered an advantage, but thorough training will be provided.

Requirements

• Danish/English at a communicative level (willingness to improve)
• Preferably residing in West Funen
• 4-year education as an Industrial Technician (or strong documented experience + references)
• Experience with serial production and small tolerances (brass)
• Ability to read technical drawings
• After 8-12 weeks, able to set up and operate machines independently (min. operator level)
• Potential for setup/programming in the future
• Preferably experience with CMZ, Index-Traub, Buffoli (3-4 axis)
• Experience with quality control / QDA understanding

Salary & Conditions

• After 3 months: 208.90 DKK
• Flex account: 37 hours before overtime is paid out
• Danish contract according to the Industrial Agreement (Industriens Overenskomst)
