Job summary

FamilyFirst Qatar is seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. You will design and oversee the construction of factories, warehouses and distribution centers, ensuring functional, compliant and cost-efficient solutions.

The role requires coordinating with clients, contractors and engineers from concept through completion, managing budgets, schedules and quality while navigating local codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
• Proficient in construction management and project coordination.
• Familiarity with industrial building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee construction of industrial facilities (factories, warehouses, distribution centers).
• Manage projects from conception to completion, including budget and schedule.

Job description

We are in search of an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Roskilde Denmark As an Industrial Architect you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various industrial facilities such as factories warehouses and distribution centers You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop functional and efficient designs that meet their requirements You will also be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget To excel in this role you must have a strong understanding of industrial building codes and regulations as well as experience in construction management A degree in architecture or a related field is required Additionally experience with 3D modeling software and proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred As our ideal candidate you should be highly organized detail-oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively Excellent communication skills are a must as you will be working closely with clients contractors and other professionals involved in the project We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month along with accommodation for non-local candidates A valid biometric passport is required for this position
