Zusammenfassung

Heimstaden Bostad seeks an Indirect Tax Manager to drive VAT projects and ensure efficient, compliant operations aligned with long-term business goals. Based in Copenhagen / Oslo, you will lead VAT initiatives and collaborate with local finance teams across jurisdictions.

The role requires a Master’s in Law or Finance and 6–8 years of indirect tax experience, plus strong communication and stakeholder skills; Swedish language is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Law or Finance required.
• 6–8 years of experience with indirect taxes in multinational settings.
• Solid understanding of EU VAT rules and VAT in Scandinavia.
• Strong integrity, structure, and stakeholder management; Swedish is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead VAT structuring on new development projects and transactions.
• Implement VAT group across Sweden and other countries; ensure ongoing compliance.
• Review VAT in all countries and optimize deductions.
• Train AP/AR teams in VAT handling.
• Review VAT registrations and VAT groups for an optimized structure.
• Standardize VAT handling across the group and advise on ERP/invoicing systems.
• Conduct internal controls and handle VAT audits.
• Handle ad hoc indirect tax matters and projects as directed.
