Job summary

Linkfire is hiring a .NET Back-end Engineer to own API services and contribute to scalable backend systems. You will work on .NET 10, ASP.NET Core Web API, gRPC, and data access patterns. You will collaborate with a small, distributed team and ship features end-to-end while using AI to improve workflows.

This is a remote-friendly, full-time role with Copenhagen on-site option. A bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent is required, with strong APIs and .NET focus.

Qualifications

• Three or more years building .NET services and APIs, capable of taking a medium to large feature to production.
• Ability to move from roadmap item to spec to working software with clear questions.
• Pragmatic, able to explain trade-offs and keep things simple.
• Experience using AI in daily work and forming opinions on its use.

Responsibilities

• Take .NET and API work from roadmap item through spec to production.
• Own contained parts of the platform end to end and grow scope with learning.
• Build APIs for frontend and data layers with design decisions built in.
• Break work into shipable pieces, flag risks early, and communicate timelines.
