Job summary

VELUX is seeking an IIoT Platform Technical Lead to steer the technical direction of our shared IIoT platform while contributing to engineering efforts across the organization.

You will own the platform roadmap, define guardrails and collaborate with senior engineers, architects and manufacturing stakeholders to enable reliable connectivity and reusable platform services. Occasional international travel and on-site work in Denmark are required, with potential for limited remote days.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software/platform engineering experience in an industrial IT/OT environment.
• Experience building C#/.NET services and APIs.
• Knowledge of Unified Namespace and modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the IIoT platform technical roadmap and data contracts.
• Coordinate technical planning and coaching across the platform engineering group.
• Contribute hands-on to platform services, testing and improvements.
• Support platform observability, incidents and improvement actions.
• Manage platform lifecycle health: security, patches, upgrades, documentation.
