Job summary

Trustpilot is seeking an Identity & Access Management Analyst to manage day-to-day access, run joiner/mover/leaver workflows, and administer privileged access across enterprise systems. You’ll collaborate with Security, HR Ops, Privacy, and IT to secure resources and ensure accurate identity data.

The role includes onboarding SaaS tools with SSO and SCIM, while supporting auditors and system owners. You’ll engage with stakeholders, drive automation, and grow in a fast-paced, globally distributed

Qualifications

• Background in IT or IAM role with modern identity provider
• Experience leading access reviews and audits (SOC 2 or ITGC)
• Hands-on lifecycle management: joiner/mover/leaver and access requests
• Ability to configure SSO and provisioning, plus SCIM where available

Responsibilities

• Serve as IAM ticketing and access provisioning lead
• Oversee JML workflows ensuring day-one access and timely deprovisioning
• Run and improve access reviews and certification cycles
• Coordinate with system owners to define base permissions and review guidelines
• Partner with internal audit and finance teams to evidence controls
• Manage elevated permissions with time-bound access and reviews
• Maintain accurate identity data and HR integrations
• Onboard new SaaS tools using SSO/SCIM where supported
