Next Job Abroad is seeking an Icelandic-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to represent global brands across Europe. You will be the voice and face of our partners for Icelandic customers, delivering empathetic, helpful support via phone, chat, and email.

Relocation to Greece is provided with full support, including housing guidance and onboarding, plus 14 salaries per year and monthly bonuses as part of a Mediterranean lifestyle.

Formación

• Fluent Icelandic in writing and speaking (native or near-native).
• Good English knowledge (B2 or higher) to navigate company systems.
• EU Passport or valid legal work permit for Greece.
• Age 18 or older.
• Digital literacy and comfort with multi-screen environments.
• Strong communication, empathy and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece in coming weeks.

Responsabilidades

• Be the Problem Solver: Assist customers via phone, live chat, and/or email with inquiries regarding products, order tracking, bookings, or account support.
• Deliver Top-Class Service: Turn tricky situations into positive customer moments through clear, empathetic, and friendly communication.
• Troubleshoot & Guide: Walk users through basic technical issues, service setups, or account features step-by-step.
• Collaborate Globally: Work side-by-side with international colleagues in an inspiring, multicultural environment.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest brand features, tools, and updates with ongoing support.
