Next Job Abroad is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to represent global brands for Danish customers across Europe, with full relocation support to Greece.

You’ll receive comprehensive onboarding, ongoing training, and clear career progression within major global companies. The role offers a Mediterranean lifestyle, 14 salaries per year, and monthly performance bonuses as part of a comprehensive package.

Competenze

• Fluency in Danish is required (native or near-native).
• Good English knowledge (B2 or higher) is required to navigate systems.
• EU passport or valid Greece work permit is required.
• 18+ years old.
• Digital literacy and ability to use standard software.

Mansioni

• Assist customers via phone, live chat, and email with inquiries about products, orders, bookings, or accounts.
• Provide empathetic, clear, and friendly service to turn challenging situations into positive experiences.
