Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking an experienced BC/AL Developer to join a highly skilled, collaborative team delivering Business Central solutions. You will develop and maintain high-level BC/AL code, perform database migrations, and engage with clients to understand their business needs and deliver practical, scalable solutions.

The role is hybrid with at least two office days per week, a tight-knit team of 14, and a culture that values quality, innovation and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with BC/AL development and NAV/BC platforms.
• Strong database management skills and data migrations.
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
