Job summary

Travel Operations A/S is hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You will manage customer relationships, lead implementations worldwide, and drive workstreams for successful delivery.

You will provide ongoing optimization, collaborate with product teams, and travel occasionally in an international setting. Proficiency in English and an independent, proactive work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
• Experience participating in or leading Business Central/NAV implementation projects, preferably in an international environment.
• Experience within the travel industry is an advantage but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build strong relationships with our customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their journey.
• Lead and contribute to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and TravelOperations implementation projects for customers across the globe.
• Take ownership of and drive various workstreams during those implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing support, consultancy, and continuous improvement recommendations to customers after Go Live, helping them maximize the value of their solutions.
• Collaborate with our Product Department by sharing customer insights, feedback, and functional expertise to support the continued development of our solutions.
