Job summary

EagleBurgmann KE A/S in Ringkøbing is seeking an HSE Officer to strengthen our health, safety and environment culture. You will drive prevention, implement strategy and coach managers and staff on safety.

Responsibilities include incident analysis, KPI monitoring, audits, and contributing to environmental and sustainability initiatives, while collaborating with the AMO. Danish and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in health, safety and environmental management.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, preferably with audit experience.
• Ability to work strategically and practically.
• Experience with risk assessments and machinery safety.
• Data-driven, systematic approach and strong analytics.
• Proven ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Assertive enough to challenge unsafe practices when required.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Further develop our safety culture with a focus on prevention and zero accidents.
• Drive and develop HSE initiatives across the organisation.
• Support the implementation of the HSE strategy and group requirements.
• Coach and advise managers and staff on health and safety.
• Plan and deliver safety training and onboarding.
• Participate in projects and ensure HSE is integrated from start to finish.
• Analyse incidents and near-misses and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor HSE KPIs and report results.
• Participate in and support audits, internal and external.
• Facilitate collaboration with the health and safety organisation (AMO).
• Contribute to environmental and sustainability-related activities.
