Ganymede seeks an experienced HSE professional for a 9‑month contract in Denmark. You will apply Danish health and safety knowledge on a major engineering and automation project, shaping safety culture and risk management across the site.

You will manage day‑to‑day HSE activities, ensure regulatory compliance, perform risk assessments, and support site inspections and documentation to keep teams safe and productive.

Qualifications

• Experience as HSE Representative or similar role.
• Background in engineering, automation, logistics or construction.
• Strong knowledge of Danish HSE legislation and site requirements.
• Danish OSH training (Arbejdsmiljøuddannelse) or NEBOSH certification.
• Current residence in Denmark with full working rights.
• Danish and English language fluency.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day health and safety activities on site.
• Ensure compliance with Danish health and safety legislation and site requirements.
• Complete, review and maintain risk assessments.
• Identify hazards and help implement effective control measures.
• Act as a key contact for HSE matters across the project.
• Support site inspections, audits and safety documentation.
• Provide practical health and safety guidance to project personnel.
• Help teams maintain a proactive approach to workplace safety.
