Flexible study opportunity

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern / HR Student Assistant to join our team. We are open to creating a setup that fits your study programme and timing - whether you are looking for an internship in autumn 2026 or a student assistant position alongside your studies. The role can either start as a full‑time internship in autumn 2026 (37 hours per week) and potentially continue as a student assistant afterwards, or begin as a student assistant alongside your studies (approximately 15 hours per week) and transition into an internship when the timing is right.

About the role

As an HR Intern / HR Student Assistant, you will become part of our daily HR operations and gain hands‑on experience with a broad range of administrative HR tasks. Your primary focus will be recruitment, employee administration, and supporting our ongoing HR initiatives.

Your tasks will include:

• Screening candidates and supporting recruitment processes
• Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates
• Reviewing and updating HR policies, processes, and documentation
• Handling various administrative HR tasks related to the employee lifecycle
• Supporting ongoing HR initiatives and ad‑hoc tasks

You will work closely with the HR team and gain insight into how HR operates in practice in a growing company.

We imagine that you

• Are currently studying HR, organisational studies, business psychology or a similar field
• Have an interest in HR and enjoy working with the practical aspects of the HR function
• Are structured, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with administrative tasks
• Are proactive and able to take ownership of your responsibilities
• Are curious and eager to learn more about HR processes and ways of working

Practical information

We work from our office in Østerbro, located between Østerport Station and Nordhavn Station. We believe the best collaboration happens in person, and we’re looking forward to welcoming you to the team as soon as you're ready.
