Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture with a focus on historic preservation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Preservation Architect.
• Strong knowledge of historic building materials and conservation principles.
• Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed drawings.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of local regulations related to historic preservation is preferred but not required.
