• Conduct pre‑and post‑operation inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.

• Use hand signals or radios to communicate with ground crew while operating equipment.
• Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Regularly maintain and clean equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to supervisor immediately.
• Follow project plans and blueprints to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator or similar role.
• Valid heavy equipment operator license or certification.
• Knowledge of different types of heavy equipment and their functions.
• Familiarity with safety regulations for operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to operate equipment in a variety of weather conditions.
• Strong hand‑eye coordination and physical stamina.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
