As a Heavy Equipment Operator you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment used in construction, excavation and road building. This role requires physical strength, hand‑eye coordination and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, backhoes and dump trucks.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications to determine work requirements.
• Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate work tasks.
• Adhere to project timelines and complete work in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary repairs.
