The role covers the full transaction process from screening to deal execution, with significant exposure to management teams and portfolio companies. Relevant post-graduate experience in IB/PE and strong analytical skills are highly valued; willingness to relocate to Copenhagen is essential.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate experience, ideally from investment banking or private equity
• Candidates from leading management consulting firms may also be considered, particularly with relevant PE or transaction experience
• Strong technical and analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Strong academic track record
• Interest in healthcare and life sciences; prior sector experience is advantageous but not required
• Highly driven, proactive and collaborative
• Willingness to relocate to Copenhagen

Responsibilities

• Work across the transaction process, including initial screening, due diligence, deal execution and portfolio work
• Build financial models and conduct investment and market analysis
• Work closely with colleagues across seniority levels and gain early exposure to management teams
