Job summary

PER in Copenhagen is seeking an Investment Associate to join a hugely respected emerging manager focused on growth buy-and-build. You will work across the full deal lifecycle, from origination to portfolio management, alongside a high-calibre international team.

The role requires Danish language skills, PE exposure, and an entrepreneurial mindset with strong technical ability. Candidates from corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or PE will be considered.

Qualifications

• Exposure to private equity transactions from corporate finance, IB, consulting or PE.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with commercial acumen and strong technical skills.
• International experience and top-tier academics preferred.
• Danish language skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Work on all aspects of the transaction process across origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management
• Take specific responsibility for workstreams, and run parts of a transaction
• Work actively with the portfolio post-acquisition
