Lind Capital in Aarhus is seeking a Head of Trading to lead their trading team and drive alpha through a disciplined, model-based strategy. The role involves performance management and strategic leadership within a collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate should have extensive trading experience, particularly in a quantitative investment role. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and a motivation to foster high-performance culture are essential.
Lead Lind Capital's trading team and drive alpha through disciplined, model-based strategy.
We bring together talented people from diverse backgrounds in an informal work environment focused on creating results together. We empower our people and avoid bureaucracy. This focus on talent and teamwork enables us to successfully compete with the top hedge funds of this world.
Our team of ~30 employees is based in Aarhus, Denmark.
Trading and alpha generation are at the core of what Lind Capital does. As Head of Trading, you will lead a team of approximately ten traders, quants, and analysts, and you will be a member of the company’s leadership team, jointly responsible for strategy delivery and overall company performance.
You will be responsible for the performance of the trading team across topline generation, incremental strategy improvements, execution quality, and team development. Together with the leadership team, you will drive a continued journey towards more quantitative and model-based trading decisions, as well as growth into adjacent trading strategies.
This is not a purely managerial role. You will be close to the work, while also setting direction and standards for the team. You will assume a business ownership role in cross-functional squads with technology and data, ensuring strong delivery of quantitative and analytical capabilities that directly support trading.
We value potential over a perfect match, and we do not expect you to fit all criteria 100%. However, this role does require strong trading leadership, commercial judgment, and a genuine ability to drive performance and challenge assumptions. You will be supported in growing along the way, but you should be motivated by working in a high-performance, quantitatively driven environment where results matter.
Success in this role depends on close collaboration, which works best for us when we are physically together. You should therefore expect to work from our Aarhus office 4–5 days per week.
Our corporate language is English, and we welcome applications from non-Danish speakers.
Start date: As soon as possible.
