Job summary

Arla Foods is seeking a Head of IT Product to provide strategic and operational leadership for core product platforms such as 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX), PIM and Artwork Management. You will drive product direction, set roadmaps, and lead a high-performing team across business and technology stakeholders to deliver value and governance.

The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, stakeholder influence, and deep PLM/PIM experience in an enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology products, product organizations or complex initiatives in an enterprise environment.
• Proven people leadership experience, including developing and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including budgeting and vendor relationships.
• Experience managing projects or portfolios with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), PIM, packaging and artwork processes.
• Experience with enterprise platforms like 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX), PIM or Artwork Management.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy, roadmap execution and business outcomes for Arla’s core platforms (3DX, PIM, Artwork Management).
• Lead development of product groups, ensuring value, performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, vendor partnerships, risks and investments.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance, security, data governance and operational standards while supporting innovation.
