Job summary

Private Equity Insights in Copenhagen seeks a Head of Finance to own the finances of one portfolio company, driving accurate reporting and partnering with the CEO and investors. You will manage cash flow, payments, payroll and P&L, ensuring tax/VAT/transfer pricing compliance and supporting strategic decisions with budgets and management accounts.

Office-based, Monday–Friday, no remote work, with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding results.
• EU work permit.
• 8+ years of work experience in finance, auditing or assurance.

Responsibilities

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of financial and operational performance.
• Day-to-day finance operations: cash flow, payments, payroll and P&L.
• Ensure compliance with tax, VAT and transfer pricing.
• Support management with budgets and management accounts, and report to investors.
