Job summary

emagine is seeking a Program Manager to own a major data-centre campus from master plan to handover, overseeing construction, infrastructure, utilities and enabling works as one integrated programme. You will lead a team of Delivery and Construction Project Managers and external consultants, driving safety, schedule, quality and cost KPIs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Fluent English is required; Danish a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading major capital projects or complex construction programmes.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Data centre construction, MEP, commissioning & operational readiness.
• Fluent English; Danish a plus.
• Track record managing multiple projects, teams and contractors within one integrated programme.

Responsibilities

• Lead the programme end-to-end from master plan to handover.
• Manage a team of Delivery and Construction Project Managers and external consultants.
• Track safety, schedule, quality, and cost KPIs and take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales and development teams.
• Maintain governance and HSE standards across the programme.
