Roots Dairy in Odense is seeking a Financial Manager to build structure and transparency in the company’s finances. The role is hands-on, linking daily cash management to reporting, budgets and financial follow-up across the farming operation.

Working with the General Manager and farm managers, you will tie financial results to on-farm activities. The position offers flexibility with some home-working and travel to farms as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Excel proficiency and practical financial management knowledge.
• Experience with cash flow, budgeting and reporting.
• Agriculture experience or agricultural accounting understanding is a plus, not required.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily cash flow, 12-month cash flow forecasts, budgets, invoices and payments across the business.
• Prepare weekly and monthly farm reporting and connect financial results to production.
• Handle reporting to fund managers and investors, plus bank and regulatory data.
• Develop the financial setup using an Excel-based structure connected to the agricultural accounting system; explore AI/automation opportunities.
