We are looking for an experienced and responsible Dairy Farm Manager / Driftsleder for a dairy farm near Bramming.

The right candidate should be able to work independently, take responsibility for daily tasks, and have practical experience with dairy cows.

Main responsibilities

• Prepare and mix feed independently

• Calculate and manage feed requirements for the cows

• Register, check, and manage cows in the farm management system

• Milk cows

• Monitor the cows and react to problems

• Take responsibility for daily farm routines

• Organise and complete tasks independently

• Keep the work area clean and well organised

• Support the smooth daily operation of the dairy farm

We are looking for someone who

• Has previous experience working with dairy cows

• Can work independently without constant supervision

• Is responsible and reliable

• Has experience preparing and mixing feed

• Is comfortable using a herd or farm management system

• Can handle milking and general cow care

• Is able to make practical decisions during the working day

• Is willing to take responsibility for the farm’s daily operations
